• Sample deposit is subject to the following conditions:^*1If not met, no refund will be given
• The timing of the refund will vary depending on the credit card company's closing date, so the refund may be deducted in the following month.
• If you do not receive the mail, please contact our sales office using the tracking number provided in the email.

※1 Sample deposit refund conditions

• Unless you lose the fit sample or the product is irreparably damaged, the deposit will be automatically refunded in full to the credit card used to make the payment.

*2 TBYB kit damages and late return fees

• お客様のお手元にT.B.Y.Bキットが到着した日より10日以内に返却手続きが行われなかった場合、1日あたり2,200円(税込)の遅延金が発生し、保証金より控除いたします。残金は※1に従い、支払い元のクレジットカードに返金されます
• If the return is delayed for more than 5 days, the sample will be considered lost and damages will be incurred for the corresponding number of samples.
• サンプルブラの紛失や修復不能のダメージがある場合は、該当する枚数分の損害金が発生します。損害金はサンプルブラ1枚当たり27,500円(税込)です
• Delays caused by delivery companies are not subject to late fees.

Precautions for handling the product

• Fit samples are washed by hand in the atelier before each rental, and accessories such as pads and tape measures are also disinfected.
• Please refrain from washing or ironing the fit sample yourself.
• Fit samples are for trying on only, so please refrain from wearing them for extended periods of time.
